General Manager

As General Manager of Urbanscape, Pablo leads the company's operations, business development, and client relationships across the Sunshine Coast.

With a background in business management and marketing, he is responsible for driving the company's growth while ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance, body corporate caretaking, commercial property maintenance, and grounds maintenance. Working closely with body corporate managers, commercial clients, and the Urbanscape team, Pablo focuses on operational excellence, clear communication, and long-term partnerships.

His vision is to continue growing Urbanscape into one of the Sunshine Coast's leading property maintenance and body corporate service providers, recognised for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Steve

Senior Team Leader

Steve leads Urbanscape's maintenance operations across the Sunshine Coast, overseeing properties from Maroochydore to Noosa, including Nambour, Yandina, Ninderry, Coolum, Peregian Springs, Tewantin, and surrounding areas.

With extensive experience in body corporate maintenance, commercial property maintenance, garden maintenance, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services, Steve is committed to delivering consistently high standards across every property under his care. His attention to detail, strong leadership, and proactive approach ensure our clients receive reliable service and exceptional results.

Working closely with body corporate managers, commercial clients, and the operations team, Steve takes pride in maintaining safe, well-presented, and professionally managed properties throughout the Sunshine Coast.

Pirran

Projects & Enhancements Team Leader

Pirran leads Urbanscape's Projects & Enhancements team, delivering property improvements, landscaping projects, garden upgrades, pressure cleaning, tree work, and one-off property maintenance services across the Sunshine Coast.

He oversees the scheduling and delivery of all additional works, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Working closely with body corporate managers, commercial clients, and residential property owners, Pirran coordinates each stage of the project from planning through to completion.

Whether it's upgrading a garden, improving a common area, installing new landscaping, or carrying out a specialised maintenance project, Pirran is dedicated to turning great ideas into practical, high-quality results that add long-term value to every property.

Oliver

Team Leader – Kawana to Caloundra

Oliver leads Urbanscape's maintenance operations across the southern Sunshine Coast, servicing properties from Kawana, Bokarina, Wurtulla, Birtinya, Currimundi, Aroona, Dicky Beach, Kings Beach, Golden Beach, Pelican Waters, and Caloundra.

With formal qualifications in horticulture and extensive experience in garden maintenance, landscape management, body corporate maintenance, and commercial property maintenance, Oliver specialises in caring for high-value residential properties, premium body corporate communities, and commercial sites where attention to detail is essential.

His strong horticultural knowledge allows him to proactively identify plant health issues, recommend long-term landscape improvements, and maintain outdoor spaces to the highest standard. Working closely with clients and property managers, Oliver is committed to delivering reliable service, exceptional presentation, and professional property maintenance across the Sunshine Coast.

Mark

Large-Scale Projects Team Leader

Mark leads Urbanscape's large-scale property maintenance and landscaping projects throughout the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, specialising in expansive commercial sites, rural properties, acreage estates, and large body corporate communities.

With extensive experience managing properties spanning several hectares, Mark oversees complex maintenance programs including grounds maintenance, vegetation management, slashing, large-scale mowing, rural property maintenance, and land rehabilitation. His practical knowledge, strong work ethic, and ability to coordinate large projects ensure every site is maintained safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

From the Glass House Mountains and Beerwah to Maleny, Montville, Mapleton, Nambour, and the wider Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Mark takes pride in delivering reliable, professional property maintenance solutions for commercial, government, and body corporate clients.
